We rebuild your site and brand identity, with GitHub as a single source of truth and wire AI into your team’s workflow, so your people and Claude create together.
Your marketing lead asks Claude or ChatGPT to draft a pricing page in your tone of voice. It reads your design system, your past launches, your brand. A reviewable draft is ready the same afternoon.
Fast onboarding
You hire a new content writer. Their onboarding is a git clone and a 20-minute walkthrough, not 6 weeks of ‘read this PDF’.
Dashboard by Friday
Instead of a month wrestling Google Data Studio into a usable dashboard, your team has a custom one built and running by Friday.
Automated content
A landing page takes minutes to write, and from it, a print-ready one-pager and a LinkedIn carousel are generated, on-brand, the same day.
Generating assets
Generate a new campaign illustration in your brand’s style, no stock photos, no waiting on a designer.
Agentic reviews
Your team ships through prompts and pull requests. Agents we build handle most of the review and QA the site, only the edge cases reach a person.
How 3 months can rewirehow your team ships
Keboola is a data operations platform. Five months ago, every meaningful change to keboola.com went through a developer ticket. Today, the marketing team ships pages on their own.
Before
Webflow site. Brand guidelines were in the heads of a few people.
Every bigger change got stuck at a designer and a developer.
The CEO wanted Claude in the loop.
During
We migrated the site to GitHub + Sanity CMS.
Claude wired into the editorial flow.
We helped them centralize their tone, design system, and SEO priorities into one place Claude could read.
After
The marketing team ships through prompts, using custom skills that let more of the team evolve the site directly.
Agents handle most of the review; we approve everything before it goes live.
Shipping went from weeks to hours.

Publishing a change used to take us 4–5 weeks. Now we do it in a day.
Different teams come to us with different priorities. Here’s what three of our typical collaborations look like.
A Swiss manufacturing company
Global, technical, and just starting to bring AI into marketing.
We make their website the center of that shift. Product pages, campaigns, and market pages all run through one AI-wired system, so global marketing doesn’t wait on a developer.
An American B2B tech corporation
We work as an extension of their brand team, helping shape the core identity, then building out sub-brands as new products launch.
As we centralize what we learn into shared templates, marketing, sales, and HR all draw from the same system, so content ships faster, on‑brand.
A yacht retailer in Monaco
Their website is becoming the central database for the brand: every spec sheet, photo, and price list is there once.
Sales, marketing, and brokers each export exactly the materials they need straight from it, always current, without waiting on a design request.
We’ve seen a massive improvement in our website’s performance. Our ranking has moved from invisible to the front page of search engines, and our inquiries have increased from zero to 2–3 per month (excluding spam).
Julian C.Superyacht Partners, Monaco
The Semibold team has been a true partner to us, delivering high-quality work quickly and efficiently. After having a challenging experience with a previous agency, it was refreshing to work with Semibold.
Anna S.Goldfinch Finance, USA
Honestly, the collaboration was handled at a very high level. The team was proactive, professional, and delivered high-quality work. I would gladly work with them again on future projects.

What it costs
One retainer, priced by the month. Some of the work in the first two months is similar for every team. The rest, and the pace, is yours to set, month by month. You can stop after any of them.
Always includedWhatever pace you run at
Communication and managementRegular calls at a cadence that matches your pace, plus a dedicated project manager keeping it all moving.
A direct line to usWe’re on Slack with you every working day. If something is urgent, you’ll hear back the same day.
The whole tool stackClaude, Figma, GitHub, Vercel, Ahrefs and whatever we adopt next.
A dedicated teamThe same core people throughout, so context and trust build over time, and we pull in extra expertise the moment a project needs it.
Regular reportingWhat got done, what it moved, what’s next, written so you can forward it straight to your boss or the rest of the team.

GitHub as your team’ssource of truth
Your brand guidelines, design system, content patterns, and AI skills are all in one place, a GitHub repository you own. Claude reads from it. Your team writes to it. New hires onboard with it. When something changes, everyone (including AI) sees it.
Ask for a change. Watch every step
Every change runs through the same eight steps. A person signs off at the end.

In your retainerAll of them are included, nothing to licence on your side. The only thing billed on top is the API usage when we generate assets for you.
Your data stays yoursIt stays in accounts we manage, covered by a DPA, and no model is trained on it.
New tools, same contractWe test new ones constantly. When something better shows up, you get it without changing your contract.
Questions youmight be having
The things teams ask us before we start. If yours isn’t here, bring it to the call.
Yes, you can cancel at any time, effective the next month. We price month by month for exactly that reason: no long-term contract, no commitment you might regret.
Of course. Vendor lock-in is exactly what we’re against. If you know from the start you don’t want a long-term partner, we’ll spend the first months making sure your team owns everything by the end.
Sometimes. We’re not religious about Webflow or Next.js, we pick what fits your team. But if your CMS makes the rest of the work harder, we’ll tell you that on the discovery call.
If your site doesn’t need to move to a new platform, we can start putting out fires in the first week. The three months are mostly about migration. Our clients usually bring us larger sites that need real work to untangle along the way. If yours is smaller, that part might take about a month, leaving more room for everything else in that first quarter. If you just need a fast site with no system behind it, we’re probably not the right fit.
Not a problem. GitHub and Claude are what we reach for most often, including for our own work, so they’re where we move fastest. If your team already has an equivalent in place, we’ll work with that instead.
No. Your brand rules, skills and checks are set up before anyone starts, so Claude guides each change step by step and explains what it does in plain words. We also walk your team through GitHub on a call. At Keboola, the marketing team learned the basics and had their own review process running within a week.
AI can make mistakes, but they don’t reach your live site. Every change goes through a pull request, where automated tests and your brand rules check it first. At Keboola, about 700 tests run on every change. Anything that fails gets flagged for a person, and nothing goes live until we approve it.
You. Code, content, brand assets, all yours. Our skills and agents are in your GitHub. If we part ways, you keep working with them.
Whatever we use to work faster on our end is on us, it’s covered by the retainer. If a project calls for autonomous agents or bulk generation running continuously, you choose: run it in your own environment on your own keys, or we host and manage it and pass the API cost through at a 20% margin.
We watch the market. The retainer covers our tooling, so changes in pricing are our problem to absorb, within reason. If a vendor doubles overnight, we’ll talk it through with you before any invoice changes.
In practice, faster than this. Urgent things usually get a same-day reply from your project manager, often by phone. Formally, our contract commits to: Urgent: we respond the same business day, or by 9:30 the next morning if you reach out after hours, and resolve it within 2 business days. High priority: response within 2 business days, resolved within 5. Normal: response within 3 business days; anything that needs scoping gets you a quote within 5.
Most of the team is based in Prague. US clients usually catch us in their morning.
Let’s talk
30 minutes. No deck, we’ll just show you examples. We’ll talk through your current priorities and where you want to go, and tell you honestly whether this is for you.
